After 6 days in quarantine I thought a partner WOD might be nice. A group of members have talked about doing the WOD together at the Park on Silverbell and Cortaro Farms at 9a. Feel free to come and join. I figured there would be enough room at a park that size to socially distance while still getting the community together. If you would prefer to do the WOD at home grab your significant other or kids and enjoy this WOD as a family. Keep an eye out for an email and/or social media post updating everyone on the status of the closure as it pertains to the gym. As always I hope you guys are doing well and staying strong , motivated and safe. I hope to see some of you at the park!
